Pascale Home Design  works with home owners in the larger San Diego area to design their dream home or just remodel their existing home. Pascale uses a CAD program to create the project in 3D  in her computer during the design process. She then can show her clients different schemes, place the computerized model in an existing photo of the site, produce renderings, walkthroughs, sun studies… She then prepares final drawings for permitting.

Pascale incorporates whenever possible some “green” elements during the design process: energy, water and materials  efficiency, passive solar design or active solar with the addition of electricity producing photovoltaic panels, choice of materials  acceptable for the health and the environment, recycled materials.
